Went for the first time today & couldn’t be happier! We got frozen mussels & frozen clam juice, fresh scallops, fresh shrimp, & fresh top neck clams. We made shrimp cocktail & linguine & clam sauce tonight. Every single clam opened & was tender & delicious! We also bought Kelchner’s cocktail sauce (family favorite) & we couldn’t believe how much more fresh it tasted compared to when we buy it at ShopRite. Also, they were so welcoming & friendly. The woman at the counter took the time to explain things to us & help us out. We’re already planning our next visit!

Hands down the best source of local seafood anywhere. Fresh Fish Friday is a hit. Makes that a grand slam. The choices range from exquisite choices halibut, shrimp and Scottish salmon. The selection is topped off with numerous homemade and you're not going to find a more friendly or helpful staff.

Fresh clams for such an amazing low price! We also love the scallops and unique assortment of sauces and dips in this perfect little shop on the river. You can shop by land or by boat. What a warm and inviting family💕 …

Wonderful selection and quality. Always fresh, and always service with a smile. Prices are always half of what the shore prices are. Been coming here for 20 years and hoping that they stay around for another 100 years. Keep up the good work!

I come here once a month to stock up on crab meat for our weekly crab cakes. I always get steamer clams too. We have multiple places closer to us but River Road is our favorite!

They have excellent seafood always fresh, you can get Frozen it's only usual few days old. We buy them often and have dinner parties that we serve and guests are very pleased.

Every time we go the place is stocked with good stuff. Always busy and you never walk away empty-handed. Fish clams shrimp. I think only fresh fish on Friday though.Nice folks too.

I was referred by a friend who has been going here for years. This fish monger is one of the best I've ever seen. They have a variety of different sized clams, fresh and frozen fish, crab, lobster tails, shrimp....the works! They also carry seasonings, sauces and assorted packaged items. You won't find fresher. The staff is also very knowledgeable and friendly.
